well wrist guards are mainly for people that are not able to keep there wrists in a spot for a long period of time but it takes time to get use to it the wrist guard just helps you out soo if your not able to keep your wrist in the same spot then get the wrist guard.
gloves just help your hand from getting slippery on the ball soo there also good if your hands slipping on the ball abit.
but tlelyou this neather one of them increases your revs you do the wrist guard and help you but u need to do it on your own cause the more u cup your wrist the more revs you will get out of the ball and the streghter your wrist is the less revs u will put on the ball thats the main part of reving the ball is your wrist
