    Default Brunswick Galaxie

I hope this isn't a real stupid question that everyone should know. I have a Brunswick Galaxie ball from the mid 80's that I am using now until I can get a new one but I am confused about how to tell a plastic versus a urethane coversock apart? Can anyone tell me what type of coverstock the above mentioned ball has? I have not been able to find any information on this.

    Hey bdpeters,

I tried to do some checking but didn't find much that would help. There was a ball on e-bay. it was identified as a Galaxie 300. I copied what it was advertised as but this information may not be correct.

There are not too many urethane balls on the market now, so you will probably end up with a reactive resin for your new ball which will hit better compared to plain urethane.

I appreciate the replies. I pretty much figured mty new ball would be a reactive resin type but boy there are alot of choices on the market.
