MOTIV Primal Fear
Review:
The Primal Fear is the newest addition to the Primal series. With all the success that the Primal Page and Remix has brought to MOTIV fans, the Primal Fear is the best angular ball built for medium to heavy oil patterns that has come from MOTIV. The Primal Fear is brings the proven Impulse V2 dual density which provides strong skid flip backend motion and we put the new Voracity Pearl Reactive cover stock that delivers some of the best continuous motion through the pins. Put all this together and the Primal Fear is the most aggressive and angular of all primal lines and it will make pins fear you.
INNER CORE Impulse V2
COVER STOCK Voracity Pearl Reactive
FINISH 5000 Grit LSP
Comments:
What can I say about the Primal Fear is other than it is what is advertised. I thought nothing would come close to how good the Primal Rage was until i put holes into the Fear and boy not only was it just as good, the Primal Fear might be better. The Remix I felt there was something missing mainly with transition and as I move in, the Remix would lose some energy, but not the Fear. The Primal Fear gives me that extra in the back and I feel I can play the whole lane and not worry about corner pins. And to top it off, the very first game in league I shot 300. Only the second time I have ever done that so I know this ball is a winner and it will be a winner for you. Medium to high rev players will love this piece on fresh in league and on higher volume. Lower rev players will love the Primal Fear because the bowl will go long and angular through the pins that they can stay in their comfort zone longer and continue to score well.
Likes: Strong skid flip motion; aggressive angular through the pins; continuous through the pins
Dislikes: None
I recommend the Primal Fear for all types of bowlers

This ball is the newest introduction into the Primal line of MOTIV bowling balls. The MOTIV Primal Fear features the new Voracity Pearl Reactive coverstock combined with the proven Impulse V2 core. This is the strongest cover ever used in the Primal line. It's clean through the front of the lane and has the backends you will be oh so happy to see down lane. And most important, it has the continuation that has come to be expected from MOTIV bowling balls.
It will be a great fit in your bag on medium to heavy oil.
My Primal Fear is laid out with the pin high above the ring finger (just right of the brigde) and the cg under the ring finger just slightly kicked right and has no extra hole. If you liked the original Primal Rage, you'll love the Fear. If you didn't have a Primal Rage (first of all, get one if you still can), and give the Fear a try, you won't be sorry. This ball is going to get A LOT of play for me on medium to heavy oil.
