Default Polished maintenance vs matte help please

Hey guys, I have a few questions I would like answered. So I have a Columbia 300 scout reactive ball that I clean after every session with a mixture of simple green, water, alcohol. I also repolish after every 10 games, scuff and repolish after every 25 games and fully resurface roughly every 60 games. I just received the new storm fight yesterday and I need to know the process for cleaning the matte finish ball vs the polished ones. Can I use my simple green mixture after each session on the matte ball? What maintenance schedule would I need to follow with a matte ball like this storm fight. Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Yes.

The maintenance regimen you are following now is the basic one for all balls, So will work with the Storm Fight also. Just use the appropriate surface abrasives (Box Finish: 3000 Grit Abralon) for the surface texture you want on the ball.

Right handed Stroker, high track ,about 13 degree axis tilt. PAP is located 5 9/16” over 1 3/4” up.Speed ave. about 14 mph at the pins. Medium rev’s.High Game 300, High series 798

Thanks for the fast reposnse. With the polish balls you polish after every 10 games or so. With the matte ball what would take place of the polish after 10 games since it doesn't have any? A clean and dull cleaner? Or just use the simple green mixture and scuff to 3000 grit every 10 games?

Thanks for the response. I have a ball spinner. Instead of using the reacts skuff could I just put the ball on the spinner and run some 3000 abralon on it? If I'm not doing full resurface would I just use the 3000 pad to scuff since that's the factory finish? Or would I have to use lower grit first even on just a 10 game scuff?

Just clean and a light 3000 after each use until it's time for a full resurface.
