This is easy enough, short sleeve shirt, and either shorts or jeans depending on the weather. Oh, and socks and bowling shoes. Sometimes a ball cap if I've just been lounging around all day.
All this talk about pants-less bowling has gotten me thinking...I might go with a toga next league night can't get much more comfortable and "free" than that (without risking a night in jail)![]()

For me it just can't be constricting.
shorts or looser pants.
Short sleeve preferred but long works. as long as it doesn't 'bunch' at the shoulder during my swing.
I've learned by coming home with spots literally worn raw from the cloth rubbing/pinching during the backswing.

Shorts and T shirts or tank tops in the summer
Jeans and my Dirty Rats bowling shirt in the winter/league night.
I usually wear a dri-fit or Under-Armor style polo shirt....something that breathes and isn't constricting.
Shorts in the summer, khakis in the winter.
Looks decent, comfy.
